Frequently Asked Questions

  • You will fill out a booking form on the “let’s do it” page & we will get back to you within 24-48 hours to confirm your picnic. If you don’t hear from us within that timeframe check your spam or dm us on Instagram or Facebook. On the day of, we will arrive 30 minutes early to get everything set up, so everything is ready for your event.

  • All of our picnics include the following:

    An hour and a half intimate picnic experience (beach, backyard, or park)

    • A picnic table with your custom color theme

    • A faux floral arrangement

    • Candles & candle holders

    • Dinnerware & Silverware

    • Pillows for seating

    • Set up/tear down

    • Any additional add-ons

  • A luxury picnic will last an hour and a half. You can add on an extra 30 minutes for $25, an extra hour for $50, or an extra 2 hours for $100

  • We recommend a 72-hour notice. However, it always depends on availability so we recommend that you plan ahead so you can secure your desired date and time.

  • Absolutely! We aim to be as flexible as possible with our clients, we understand that life happens. All we ask is a 72-hour notice in advance to rescheduling your picnic, as we serve multiple picnics throughout the week and strive to be able to accommodate all bookings! Your deposit will not be refunded, it will just be added as a credit to your account for the next time you book a picnic with us!

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund your luxury picnic based on bad weather so please check the forecast in advance. If you have already booked and later discover that it is going to rain on the day of, we will be more than willing to reschedule your picnic within 60 days. If you need to reschedule again or cancel and it isn’t due to the weather, there will be a fee of 25% of the total costs of your picnic.

  • While food isn’t provided in our base package we do offer a charcuterie board add-on option for up to 8 guests! Guests are more than welcome to bring along any other foods, beverages, snacks, cakes, cupcakes, anything! And yes, we provide all necessary dinnerware, cups, and utensils.

  • Usually, alcohol is not permitted in most public parks. However, if you choose to have your picnic at a private location (your house, apartment, or business) then yes alcohol is permitted.

  • Yes, you can! You can choose from our neutral theme, pink theme, lavender theme or sage green theme. If you have a special request for a theme reach out to us and we will try our hardest to accommodate it.

  • Yes, you can! All we ask is that you be mindful of keeping our parks & rivers clean. Refrain from bringing certain decor that is easily lost and not good for the environment (confetti, streamer poppers, etc.).

  • Our luxury picnics can be almost anywhere from Austin all the way down to San Marcos. Our most common options are different parks around the area, your house/apartment or backyard.
